The competition is open to organists of all nationalities.
Competition consists of one round, which is the performance of the concert program.
Entry to the competition is completely free of charge.
Application for participation in the competition must be made on the application form, which has to be returned by August 31, 2006 (postmark).
No more then fourteen applicants may participate in the competition. The participants will be selected on the basis of received materials. By October 1, 2006, the applicants will be informed whether or not they have been selected as participants in the competition.
The services of register assistant (Stop puller/Page turner) can be provided by the Competition Secretary. The competitors are allowed to bring along their own assistant for registration.
Traveling costs must be paid by the competitors and their assistants for registration. Cheap lodging is provided by the Competition Secretary (about 5 USD per person per night).

These rules are available in both Russian and English. However, in the event of a dispute, the Russian version of the rules will apply.
