Distinguished organist Olivier Latry, organist at the Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, is counted among the most noted ‘improvisers’ in the French tradition from Charles Tournemire to Pierre Cochereau. In this solo organ recital, he demonstrates the power and beauty of the Royal Albert Hall’s organ in a programme of virtuoso works from the baroque period through to the twentieth century.
